Shara founded Mediterranea in early 2012 to give concrete form to the ideas of her ambitious Terronian Project, a social and cultural project that aims to highlight the best of the South by promoting the excellent products made in every field and sector. She created the Associazione Terronian together with the master pizza-maker Salvatore Di Matteo to bring together people who shared the same ideals and objectives.
